1.1 Forgot Password

Enter the Sign in Name and email address you've registered with UCard, press [Submit], and a new password will be sent to you.

2. My Account
2.1 Default Logo

To customize you eCard, simply upload your company logo into your account so that our system can integrate it into every eCard you send.

2.2 One-off Logo

If you wish to use another logo, simply upload an image file at the "Compose Page"; this one-off logo will only be integrated to the card being send/scheduled to send.

2.3 What are the requirements for the Logo?
  • Must be in .jpeg format
  • 100 x 100 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • 2.4 Requirements for Logo with Transparent Background
  • Must be in .gif format
  • Must be 100 x 100 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • 2.5 Why do you need my Company Website URL?

    When your eCard is viewed, recipients can access your company website through clicking your company name.

    2.6 What is a Sender's Email? What is it for?

    Notification emails sent to recipients will include your email address as the sender. If they wish to reply, they can write back to you directly!

    2.7 Why do you need my Email Signature?

    You can include your own email signature in the notification emails sent to recipients. To preset its content, simply do so in 'Edit Profile', under "My Account".

    3. Sending an eCard
    3.1 Acceptable Formats in "To" field

    3.2 How will you notify me via email?

    After the first time a recipient views your eCard, a notification email will be sent to you. Notifications will not be repeated after first view.

    3.3 What will the receivers see when notified about the eCard?
  • an email subject line editable by you
  • your name
  • a preview thumbnail and hyperlink of the eCard
  • You can also include your email signature within the content!

    3.4 How can I send my eCard later?

    1. simply tick the box next to "Send Later"

    2. by clicking on the date displayed, a calendar will pop up for your choice

    3. choose the date which you wish the eCard to be sent

    4. then press [Send] at the end of the page

    3.5 How do I import my contact list from my webmail accounts?

    1. simply press the [Webmail Address Book] button

    2. choose between Gmail, Yahoo Mail, UDomain Webmail or Windows Live Contact

    3. login to your account

    4. select recipients from your contact list and press [Import]

    3.6 How to Create a CSV file?

    To create a CSV formatted contact list, simply use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

    Your CSV file MUST:

  • Be formatted as a table
  • The file must include 2 columns, for 1) Email Address and 2) for Name
  • If you're creating a new file and need some guidance, you can download our CSV templates for FREE:

    Once you've entered all of your contacts into a table, save the document and select CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) as the type of file you'd like to save.

    Once saved, you're ready to import your CSV file to our UCard system!

    4. Schedule
    4.1 What is a schedule?

    Since eCards can be scheduled to send at a preferred date, the schedule helps you keep track of sending activities at UCard.

    You can simply press the arrow buttons next to each field on the top of the schedule. E.g. your recipients list can be sorted alphabetically; send dates can be sorted chronologically with the latest item on top... etc.

    4.2 Why are the scheduled eCards still editable?

    Before the actual send date, all fields of the scheduled eCard can still be edited, which means you can retype your greetings, change all send and receive details, reschedule your send or even cancel it... etc.

    4.3 When will the scheduled eCards be sent?

    Scheduled eCards will be sent between 00:00 to 23:59 on its scheduled dates.

    5. Report
    5.1 What is a Report?

    The report provides detailed information of sent eCards.

    You can simply press the arrow buttons next to each field on the top of the Report. E.g. recipients list can be sorted alphabetically; viewed times can be reorder according to the times viewed... etc
